My experience was very different from my last stay 6 years ago
The whole hotel could do with a serious update. I felt that nothing had been improved since my last stay and this was in 2009! If you want to remain in the top flight you have to do something drastic about the whole offer of the hotel - now very dated. My room carpet was even torn and the hair dryer was FILTHY

The airport pick-up was appreciated, despite our late arrival. Check-in was delayed due to tax confusion, but fixed. The first room had a bad smell, but we were moved to a better room.
